I was attending a Military Air Show at the now long gone Glenview Naval Air Station in north suburban Glenview illinois, way back in july of 1986. Part of the Airshow side attractions included a small Carnival Midway with Childrens Rides. A small group of little Children are seen enjoying a ride around this portable railroad loop.
This train is modelled after North American streamlined passenger trains from the 1940's and 50's era during Pre Amtrak times.
