Grand Trunk Western 2-8-2 steam locomotive # 3735 pulling a freight train. South Bend Indiana. June 1956. louis Rague photograph.

The Grand Trunk Western Railroad, was one of the last
United States railroads to use steam locomotives in
daily operations, well in to the 1950's. GTW locomotive
# 3735, is viewed working out her final years, doing what
this locomotive was built for... hauling freight trains.
