A privately owned snowplow equipped pick up truck, is seen near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Manheim Road -Illinois U.S Route # 12 / 45 in northwest suburban Franklin Park Ilinois.The winter of 2008 in the greater Chicagoland area, is proving to be quiete a challenge this year. With frequent heavy Lake Effect snowstorms, occasional severe freeze conditions, numerous potholes due to road salt and weather conditions, and lots of shoveling to be done...Its a tough one.
