I took this photo looking south from the top of the West 31st Street bridge at the Chicago city limits near Cicero Illinois, in November of 1987.A southbound Soo Line transfer freight train, is slowly moving southbound over the Belt Railway of Chicago enroute to Clearing Yard in southwest suburban Bedford Park Illinois. The train is approaching the crosstracks at Hawthorne Junction on a cloudy November afternoon.
