I thought it would be nice to get together for
dinner tonight at Submarine Tender, in west suburban Forest Park Illinois. My Wife Cheryl has informed Me, that Submarine Tender was originally located in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood. The current location reveals the buildings architecture being a former Chicken Unlimited restaurant. Chicken Unlimited was a local Chicago chain of fast food fried Chicken and Hamburger stores during the 1960's and 70's.
The food is very good here and the prices are well within reason. If You want sub sandwiches while in Forest Park, please stop here soon.
