I took this photo on a cold and windy Winter morning, back in January of 2007.
A northbound Iowa, Chicago & Eastern Railroad transfer freight train, is viewed traveling over the Belt Railway of Chicago tracks, and approaching the crosstracks at Hawthorne Junction along the Chicago city limits border at Cicero Illinois.
There was plenty of brilliant sunshine, but the outside temperatures were in the single digits with a sharp wind blowing out of the west. Brrrrrrr!
