Meter guage 0-4-0 T from Czechloslovakia and 14" guage 4-4-0 from America side by side at the depot. The Hesston Steam Museum. Hesston Indiana USA. September 1993 Labor Day steam show weekend.

A favorite operating railway museum attraction in northwest Indiana I highly recommend visiting, is The Hesston Steam Museum just east of Michigan City Indiana.

Labor Day Weekend is coming up in early September. Every year The Hesston Steam Museum operates an event entitled "The Labor Day Weekend Steam Show", where many pieces of equipment are operating.

During this weekend, everything from several steam trains, antique fire engines, vintage automobiles and even old time farm equipment, is operated for the visiting public.

For more information about The Hesston Steam museum..log on to www.hesston.org

Thanks.
