This video was photographed at the Kostner Avenue Chicago Transit Authority yellow line railroad crossing, in north suburban Skokie Illinois. The CTA yellow line known since 1964 as "The Skokie Swift", operates over a salvaged and rebuilt section of the former Chicago, North Shore And Milwaukee interurban railroad's Skokie Valley Mainline opened as a high speed bypass route in 1926.
