Old diesels from former railroads congregating. The BNSF Clyde Yard. Cicero Illinois USA. September 2007.

I took this photo after work one day, in early September of 2007. We are looking northwest from the South Laramie Avenue bridge in the village of Cicero Illinois. The two locomotives to the left are still in the colors and partial markings from the former Atchinson, Topeka & santa Fe Railroad, and the Burlington Northern Railroad wich had both merged in 1995 and became todays BNSF Railway. The blue Conrail locomotive to the right, was absorbed by either the Norfolk Southern or CSX Transportation through a recent take over and dividing of Conrail in recent years. Enjoy these old color schemes while they last.
