BNSF Railway covered grain hopper car. Hawthorne Junction. Chicago / Cicero Illinois. March 2007.

I took this photo, during a March 2007 visit to Hawthorne Junction, located at the Chicago city limits border at west suburban Cicero Illinois.

A southbound BNSF Railway unit grain train traveling over the Belt Railway of Chicago, passes through the junction with several covered hopper cars in tow.
