I took this photo back in early October of 2010.
Parked in the east driveway alongside the main building in Chicago's Brooks Park alongside North Harlem Avenue / Illinois U.S Route # 43, is a brand new, factory fresh Autocar recycling garbage truck from the City of Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation.
The truck had hardly a speck of dirt or grime on it, and just may have been delivered just mere days before.
