On Saturday May 21st, 2011 from 1:00 until 3:00 PM, The Elmwood Park Public Library will be featuring a Chicago Railfan Photo Slideshow event hosted by Eddie K from the internet blogsite Eddie's Railfan Page http://eddiesrailroad.blogspot.com

Due to popular demand in the ewake of Eddie's November 2010 appearance at the Elmwood Park Public Library, one of the many feature presentations that will be shown, will be the short historical musical photo slideshow entitled "When Chicago Rode The Streetcars". If You or someone You know grew up in the city of Chicago Illinois prior to the end of CTA electric streetcar operations in 1958, then You will absolutely enjoy seeing these historic images of Chicago Illinois, set to historic authentic period music.

The Elmwood Park Public Library, is located at 1 Conti Parkway Circle, in near northwest suburban Elmwood Park Illinois.
