I took this photo 2 weeks ago, in north suburban Glenview Illinois USA.

There is unhappiness at the Pappas Construction Company in north suburban Glenview Illinois, as members of the Brotherhood of machine operators union, are protesting on site with their infatable mascot "Scabby The Rat" for all to see.
