Welcome aboard Eddie's Railfan Page, from the city of Chicago Illinois USA.

Here I am during a recent photo outing to the far southeast side of Chicago, back in late November of 2012. I am standing at the Metra commuter rail station at East 83rd Street in the South Chicago neighborhood.

This Metra station, serves rail commuters on the electrified former Illinois Central Railroad's own South Chicago branch.
