My lovely wife Cheryl took this photograph, during our recent June 2013 vacation to San Diego California.

Here I am posing next to the now retired Star 3 mini submarine, in the parking lot of the Birch Aqarium in La Jolla California.

No longer making underwater scientific explorations, this submarine makes a nice photographic prop today.
