I took this photograph on a hot and hazy summer day, back in July of 2007.
A westbound Union Pacific Railroad unit tank train, isviewed approaching the North Kilbourn Avenue railroad crossing inside of Chicago's NorthWest industrial Park.
Notice the covered hopper car cut in behind the locomotives. most likely for protection in case of an explosion in transit.
