Aside from my interest in rail subjects, I am very fond of nostalgia related items from America;s past, and antique cars and trucks.

Just recently, I spotted this now rare 190's era International Harvester model S 180 narrow cab conventional 3 axel flatbed truck, parked alongside Lehigh Avenue near Oakton Street, in north suburban Morton Grove Illinois.

This privately owned truck, is parked in front of a local iron works factory.

Unfortunately...the right side window is busted, and there is damage to the windshield from some stupid rock thrower.

With a little fixing up and perhaps an engine rebuild, this vintage truck would look nice making parade appearances, or antique car shows.
