Man! There is nothing like really good Mexican food!

This past Saturday afternoon, My lovely Wife Cheryl, Myself and a few family members went out for lunch at Lalo's Mexican Restaurant in Roselle Illinois.

Seen here is My entree of choice, the Chicken Enchiladas with Mole salsa (Pronounced "Mo - Lay")
I had a craving for spice, and this is one very tasty entree that won't disapoint Your taste buds.

Enchiladas de pollo con Mole is muy bueno para a mi.
