I took this photograph way back in January of 1990.
The Chicago Transit Authority's "New" orange line rapid transit to Midway Airport is now under construction. A Fiat -Allis front end loader tractor from the Chicago Sewers Department, is viewed parked near West 59th Street on a sunny winter afternoon.
