I took this photograph, way back in January of 1988.
A northbound Burlington Northern Railroad transfer train being led by two EMD yard switcher locomotives, is viewed passing through Brighton Junction, near the intersection of South Archer and Western Avenues in Chicago.
This is the area where Chicago's Brighton Park and Mc Kinley Park neighborhoods border each other.
