A 1960's era Santa Fe switching local being pulled by a Bachman Alco S 4 Yard Switcher.
This video was photographed at the Oak Park Society of Model Engineers,H.O Scale Model Railroad Club. My train shown here, represents a switching local from the former Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad, as one may have appeared during the mid 1960's. Notice the locomotive is wearing the 1950's era Santa Fe black and silver "Zebra Stripe" color scheme.
The Santa Fe introduced a blue and yellow freight locomotive color scheme in 1960, but not all of the locomotives were repainted immediately during the 1960's.
