I took this photograph way back in early November of 1989.
There was nothing like enjoying a nice day of local cross country style bicycle riding on my 12 speed mountain bike, and taking my 35mm camera along for the ride.
Big changes were in the works in the near future, for the Hindsdale Illinois Metra commuter rail station. New platforms and other improvements would soon be under way in the immediate and upcoming months according to this sign posted near the construction / remodeling site back in late 1989.
