German steam in Indiana. The Hesston Steam Museum. Hesston Indiana. July 2007., a photo by Eddie from Chicago on Flickr.
I took this photograph, during a July 2007 visit to the Hesston Steam Museum in northwest Indiana . www.hesston.org
The museum's nicely restored meter guage 0-8-0 coal burning steam locomotive from Germany, rounds the south curve at Hesston Junction on approach to the boarding station depot.
The Hesston Steam Museum is a fun and very family oriented attraction just east of Michigan City Indiana, and just south of neighboring New Buffalo Michigan.
Thanks.
Eddie K.
