H.O Scale Santa Fe freight train crossing the Missisippi River lift bridge., a photo by Eddie from Chicago on Flickr.
I took this photograph recently, at the Oak Park Society of Model Engineers,H.O Scale Model Railroad Club.
My Athearn model of a 1960's era EMD 2nd Generation model GP 35 diesel electric roadswitcher locomotive, is viewed pulling a cut of 1950's and 60's era freight cars, through a large model of a railroad lift bridge.
The locomotive is painted in the 1960's era blue and yellow frame and ends color scheme, that the former Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe used on their locomotives from 1960 to 1972.
