I took this photo recently near Chicago's lakefront at Grant Park.

A secondhand former City of Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation Volvo garbage truck, is viewed wearing dark green paint, and working for it's new employer the Chicago Park District.

Notice the light blue pnuematic tailgate lifting cylinder.
Either some paint shop staff member "Missed a spot", or it could a replacement part installed there on short notice during a recent garage repair.
