When the weather is nice and I actually have the time to do so lately, I have been enjoying outdoor roller blading exercise sessions in northwest suburban Des Plaines Illinois.
Here I am skating past lovely autum scenery at West Park one morning recently. It is a fun way to enjoy a lunch break period for myself.
