I took this photo on a quiet and uneventfull Sunday winter afternoon, in late January of 2008. An eastbound Meytra commuter local from Elgin Illinois enroute to Chicago Union Station, has just stopped to drop off and pick up passengers at the Elmwood Park commuter rail station just west of the Chicago city limits.
