I took this photo one afternoon in January of 1987. A GTW freight train has just left the Belt Railway of Chicago's Clearing Yard in Bedford Park Illinois, and is now slowly rounding the interchange curve connection at Hayford Junction. Hayford Junction is located on Chicago's southwest side at West 75th Street and South Central Park Avenue. It snowed all morning.
