Chicago's winter of 2011, was a tough one for many local Chicagoans to deal with. The Chicago blizzard of Tuesday evening, February 1st, left a record 20.9 inches of snow accumulation in many parts of the entire Chicagoland area.
I took this picture one night last week, in north suburban Glenview Illinois at a local outdoor strip mall parking lot on Willow Road.
Although the bulk of the snow has melted, and the ground is anywhere from dry to muddy depending where You are at, this little John Deere front end loader, has more than earned it's keep.
With an extra wide ProTech snowplow attatchment coupled on, this little but very mighty machine, is ready for another snowstorm at any given time.
