The Brookfield Public Librarylocated at 3609 Grand Boulevard in west suburban Brookfield Illinois, welcomes local Chicago historian Edward Kwiatkowski on Saturday, January 28th, 2012.
Mr Kwiatkowski who is also known as "Eddie K", the host and photographer of Eddie's Railfan Page, wil be hosting a musical photo slideshow / multi media presentation and lecture about Chicago's Historic Amusement Parks Of The Past in the downstairs meeting room.
If You could remember fun places like Riverview Park in Chicago, Adventureland in Addison Illinois, Playland Park in unincorporated southwest suburban Justice Illinois, or even the recently closed Kiddieland Amusement Park in Melrose Park Illinois...then You most certainly will not want to miss this fun and historic presentation.
