Northbound Canadian Pacific transfer train. Chicago Illinois. October 2006., a photo by Eddie from Chicago on Flickr.
I took this photo one lovely Autum morning, back in October of 2006.
A northbound Canadian Pacific Railroad transfer freight train traveling over the Belt Railway of Chicago, is viewed entering the BRC's own "Flyover" bridge, wich passes over the Metra / Union Pacific Railroad west line to Elburn Illinois.
This photo location is on the west side of the city of Chicago Illinois, at the curve where West Kinzie Street enters North Kenton Avenue. The abandoned brown building to the right, is the former Brach's candy factory.
