Your host and photographer on vacation at age 22. Rawlins Wyoming USA. June 1984.

Here I am during My early railfan days, in Rawlins Wyoming posing next to displayed Union Pacific Railroad 2-8-0 steam locomotive # 533. I was on a motor bus tour vacation to Yellowstone National Park, and was on the return leg of the trip east back to Chicago Illinois. Our tour visited many wonderful destinations in the American west. Some of the places we visited were -Mount Rushmore -Wall Drug -and the Chief crazy Horse monument in the State of south dakota. We also visited Laramie Wyoming, Yellowstone , Jackson Hole, and the Grand Teton Mountains. It was a wonderful and scenic vacation.
Believe Me, I could really use one now.
