Basking in the sun on what is normally considered a bitterly cold January afternoon, is a Chicago Transit Authority 2006 New Flyer low floor transit bus. The railroad embankment to the left with the overhead catenary wires, is the Metra / ex Illinois Central electric mainline electrified in 1926 and also shared by the Chicago, South Shore & South Bend Railroad.Tuesday, February 05, 2008
