One of My own personal trains I enjoy operating occasionally, is this 1972 era early Illinois Central Gulf Railroad merger era switching local freight train.

With My Life Like Proto 2000 EMD SW 9 locomotive wearing Illinois Central pre 1967 colors and markings, several 1960's era freight cars and a Gulf, Mobile & Ohio wide vision caboose bringing up the rear....It looks like the former Illinois Central and Gulf, Mobile & Ohio Railroads had just merged like they did in August of 1972.
