For many years begining in the mid 1940's, the General Motors TDH Series transit bus with their small windows and upper row of standee windows, were the industry standard on many public transit bus company fleets throughout North America.

The city of Akron Ohio was no exception to this either.
Seen here is a GM TDH Series "Old Look" 1950's era transit bus from Akron Ohio.
