Infrastructure improvements are taking place around the greater Chicagoland area today.
I took this photo this past Sunday.
The East 95th Street drawbridge over the Calumet River in the South Chicago neighborhood near the Indiana state line border, is in the process of recieving several long overdue coats of paint.
