Abilene steam engine
I found this video on You Tube this morning.
This former Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe 1919 Baldwin Locomotive Works 4-6-2 Pacific type steam locomotive originally used on Santa Fe passenger trains, has been mechanically restored from the Smokey Valley Railroad Museum in Baldwin Kansas.
This locomotive was on static display in a city park in Abilene Kansas for 57 years after it was retired from service in 1955.
Nice restoration.
Thanks.
Eddie K.
