I took this photograph, way back in September of 1987.

Seen here on the southwest corner of South Pulaski Road and West 60th Street in Chicago's Westlawn neighborhood, is the now long gone original Dove's Candies ice cream shop.

This little sit down neighborhood ice cream parlor, brought many local neighborhood residents here to purchase ice cream and chocoaltes to go, or to enjoy a tasty sundae or fountain creation in a comfortable booth.

Today, this is the site of a Re Max Real Estate office location.
