I took this photograph one day last week during my morning lunch break.
I was heading eastbound on West Gunnison Street / Larence Avenue on the northwest side of Chicago, when I spotted this Illinois Department of Transportation International snorkel truck. This municipal vehicle, was turning south on to Oak Park Avenue, proboubly heading back to base.
