Adaptive re use for an old railroad dining car. The Chattanooga Choo Choo Holiday Inn Hotel. Chattanooga Tennesee USA. May 1990.

Old streamlined dining car. The Chattanooga Choo Choo Ho;iday Inn Hotel/ Chattanooga Tennesee. May 1990.

Old railroad dining cars don't die, they just wind up cooking meals somewhere else.
I took this photo on a May 1990 vacation My Family and I went on, to the Great Smokey Mountains in the States of Tennesee and North Carolina.

This old 1950's era streamlined lightweight dining car, offers light meals and snacks today at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Holiday Inn Hotel in downtown Chatanooga Tennesee. It is parked on the old loading platform tracks of what used to be the Chattanooga Union Station. Today, this property with several antique railroad artifacts, is now a Holiday Inn Hotel.
