Hello everyone! This is Eddie K, Your host and photographer here at Eddie's Railfan Page.

On Saturday afternoon, May 21st, 2011 from 1:00 until 3:00 PM, I will be hosting a Chicago Railfan Photo Slideshow at the Elmwood Park Public Library. The library is located at 1 Conti Parkway Circle in near northwest suburban Elmwood Park Illinois. The show will run from 1:00 until 3:00 PM.

I will be showing a short musical photo slideshow feature I put together entitled "When Chicago Rode The Streetcars!" This little slideshow video, is set to historic authentic period music ranging from Ragtime piano, Dixieland jazz, and 1940's era Big band standards.

If You or someone You know had grown up in the city of C hicago Illinois prior to the end of CTA electric streetcars operations in 1958, then You will enjoy seeing these historic photos of Chicago, the way it used to be many years ago.
