The Clear Ridge Historical Society of Chicago and the Chicago Public Library's Clearing Branch, welcome local Chicago historian, photographer and internet host Edward Kwiatkowski to the CPL Clearing branch from 1 until 3 pm On Saturday, January 19th.
Eddie who is the host of the popular Chicago area internet transportation site known as "Eddie's Railfan Page", will be hosting a multi media slideshow, video and lecture presentation spotlighting Chicago's once numerous and now long gone, seasonal family owned amusement parks from the past.
Dispensa's Kiddie Kingdom, Riverview Park, Adventure Land, Kiddieland and several others will be featured at this fun and very family oriented presentation.
