Coming to the Chicago Public Library's Clearing branch, 6423 West 63rd Place in Chicago. "Chicago's Amusement Parks Of The Past!" Saturday, January 19th from 1:00 until 3:00 PM. Admission is free!

Hi everyone!
This is Eddie K, your host and photographer here at Eddie's Railfan Page.

Be sure to come out to the Chicago Public Library Clearing Branch, located at 6423 West 63rd Place in Chicago on Saturday, January 19th.

I will be hosting a multi media photo slideshow, video and lecture presentation about Chicago's once numerous and now sadly long gone seasonal family owned amusement parks of the past.

If You, your family or friends can remember such fun summertime local Chicago area amusement park establishments like Riverview Park in Chicago, Dispensa's Kiddie Kingdom in Oak Brook Terrace, Kiddieland Amusement Park in Melrose Park, Playland Park in Justice, or even any of the other tiny and sometimes carnival like local Chicago area amusement parks...then you definately will not wan't to miss this fun and very family oriented presentation at the CPL Clearing library.

Admission is free!

Thanks!
Eddie K.
