I took this photo at work one morning, in early April of 2007. I was near the underpass viaduct on La Throp Avenue, and stopped to photograph this westbound container train gaining speed on the hi line. It was a sunny day with plenty of bright sunshine, but still there was a chill in the air yet. The trees were yet to bud and bloom, but the grass along the curb was starting to turn green. Springtime in Chicagoland.
