Today is Bus Day here at My transportation blog site.
Here I am, Your Host and Photographer in May of 1983. Seen here is a former London Transport Company double deck bus from the United Kingdom. This now privately owned Brittish transit bus, was photographed in Dundee Illinois, next to a buffet restaurant on Illinois U.S Route # 25 known as the Chateau Louis.
My Family made many Sunday drives for Sunday Brunch at the Chateau Louis during the early 1980's, and it was a great pleasure for this young transportation enthusiast to see a London England double deck bus in person.
