I took this classic southside Chicago photograph, in September of 1987. We are on the northside of West 63rd Street looking west toward the intersection of South Cicero Avenue. An incoming jet plane from Southwest Airlines, is viewed landing at Chicago's Midway Airport. A popular location for "Airplane Fans" in Chicago, is the White Castle Hamburgers fast food restaurant on the northeast corner of West 63rd Street and South Cicero Avenue.
