I took this photo one Springtime morning in May of 2009. Seen here on North Oketo Avenue in near north suburban Harwood Heights Illinois, are the two village sponsored Free Helper buses. These two paratransit buses are utilized to assist the local elderly and handicapped residents in the village of Harwood Heights.
