Seen here, is a recently acquired steel center cupola caboose, from the now fallen falg railroad Chicago & Illinois Midland. The C& I,M color scheme used on their cabooses, is somewhat simular to the color scheme that the electric interurban railroad Chicago, North Shore And Milwaukee had used on their electric steeple locomotives.
The real Chicago & Illinois Midland Railroad did not operate anywhere close to the city of Chicago Illinois. It was definately NOT a Windy City railroad.
