The CTA Purple line rapid transit, passes through a very lovely and scenic wooded setting here, just north of the north branch of the Chicago River.
Just beyond the crest of the hill, is the girder bridge that spans the north branch of the Chicago River. Just south of the bridge, is the Central Street Purple line station in nearby Evanston Illinois.
During the Autum, this tree lined right of way is absolutely breath taking and colorful.
