It doesn't matter how much or how little snow or cold weather there is during an average Wintertime season in the greater Chicagoland area, city infrastructure such as electric lighting, sewers and street maintenance must continue no matter what.
I photographed this convoy of municipal vechicles from the Skokie Illinois Department of Public Works, at a sewer maintenance job site along Oakton Street in Skokie, adjacent to the Chicago Transit Authority's large CTA Skokie Shops rapid transit facility.
